My first ever Grey's review. Please enjoy. Ah, flashbacks! So Derek was the one who hit on Meredith. Knew it. I was surprised about Derek being so angry at Addison in the flashback since we know he walked away after seeing her do it with his best friend. But I guess he saved his emotion until later. And what an emotional scene it was. The part where he threw her outside in the rain, with only her pajamas to wear . . . I didn't care much for the one where we see everyone at the welcome party. But do returning doctors have to go? Puzzled by why Burke was there. I found Bailey's storyline to be heartwrenching. If you want to find out why I wanted Chandra Wilson to win the Emmy over co-star Sandra Oh, just watch this episode. I didn't love this episode because a lot of it took place at Meredith's house, where all the interns just bitched about their problems. I'm fine with that, just not multiple lengthy scenes that don't take place at the hospital.

Grade: B
